Who processes the data

What data we receive

Only what you enter in the request form yourself: name, company, phone or email, topic and message. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across pages.

Why

To answer your request: contact you, grant demo access or discuss a project. We do not send newsletters without your consent.

How it is stored and who receives it

• The request arrives as an email in the company mailbox and is kept there while we need it to work with you, but no longer than three years.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the email is sent through the Resend mail service — they process the data only to deliver it and may be located outside Kazakhstan.
• We do not share or sell the data to any other third parties.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent — write to info@techcom.kz. We reply within 10 business days.

Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
